1. Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal sales targets for both individual and store performance.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and utilize meaningful customer data through CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
5. Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and foster a positive work environment.
8. Adhere to security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products according to Gucci's visual standards.
10. Maintain a neat and organized stock room and understock.
11. Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
3. Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to multitask.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Team-focused with a collaborative approach.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. High flexibility and adaptability to different customers.
10. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
