- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal sales targets for both individual and store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data through CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and foster a positive work environment.
- Adhere to security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products according to Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room and understock.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High flexibility and adaptability to different customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
