1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to the Gucci selling ceremony.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring top-tier customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development.
5. Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
6. Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury products.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, contributing to a positive work environment.
8. Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
10. Keep stock rooms neat and organized.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a customer service role.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. High attention to detail.
