1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals for both individual and store performance.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
3. Drive individual key performance indicators (KPIs) through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
5. Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
6. Provide fashion and luxury market insights to clients, showcasing passion for the industry.
7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
10. Organize and maintain stock rooms and adhere to Gucci's image standards.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.

3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
