- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client development.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up with clients.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain store security standards for customer, colleague, and merchandise safety.
- Uphold Gucci's visual display standards for all products.
- Organize and maintain stock room and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with collaborative skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to different customers.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role is required, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
