- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and maintain meaningful customer data for relationship building and client development.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold store security standards to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a customer service role.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a customer service environment is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
