Gucci Client Advisor

- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets, enhancing business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and luxury market developments to advise clients effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Uphold store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Gucci's standards.
- Maintain an organized stock room and adhere to Gucci's image standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer service setting is required.
