- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product and brand knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, demonstrating passion for the industry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and a positive work environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain an organized stock room and adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a customer service setting.
- Proven ability to exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with multitasking ability.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to different customers and work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
