- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or customer service experience.
- Proven ability to exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a customer service setting.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
