- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Provide fashion advice and discuss luxury market trends with clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Gucci standards.
- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.

A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service environment is required.
