- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals through high-quality sales and customer service.
- Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for the industry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Gucci standards.
- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer service environment is required.
