- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build and personalize client relationships.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales and requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for fashion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Ensure store security standards are upheld for the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold Gucci's visual display standards and maintain an organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a customer service setting.
- Proven ability to exceed sales results and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse customers.

3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
