- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data through CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or client inquiries.

- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Contribute to store operations by organizing stock rooms and maintaining understock.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales results.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with effective collaboration skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service setting is required.
