1. Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and exceptional client service.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand vision to foster consumer loyalty.
3. Achieve monthly sales objectives proactively.
4. Independently and proactively follow up on client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
5. Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and alternatives, anticipating future client needs.
6. Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge, and all category information.
7. Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
8. Work with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain visual merchandising in alignment with global guidelines.
9. Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
10. Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements.
11. Receive and pack stock in assigned categories.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
13. Conduct inventory scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
14. Replenish display merchandise as required.

1. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion.

4. Passion for building a career in the luxury fashion industry.

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail or service industry, with a focus on luxury fashion.
