1. Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and exceptional client service.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, promoting brand loyalty by embodying the brand's vision.
3. Achieve monthly sales targets proactively.
4. Independently manage client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
5. Provide exceptional service standards, offering suggestions and anticipating client needs.
6. Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, and product knowledge.
7. Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
8. Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
9. Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
10. Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements.
11. Receive and pack stock in assigned categories.
12. Conduct inventory scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
13. Replenish display merchandise as needed.

1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion.

1. Customer service orientation with a strong sales drive.
2. Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills.
3. Inquisitive mindset with excellent engagement abilities.
4. Passion for building a career in the luxury fashion industry.

A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a similar capacity within the retail or service industry, with a preference for experience in luxury fashion.
