- Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and exceptional client service.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by promoting the brand vision to foster consumer loyalty.
- Achieve monthly sales objectives proactively.
- Independently handle client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
- Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and anticipate future client needs.
- Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge, and category information.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
- Adhere to all in-store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements.
- Receive and pack stock in assigned categories.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Conduct inventory scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
- Replenish display merchandise as needed.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong drive for sales.
- Independent with strong decision-making skills.
- Inquisitive mindset with the ability to engage effectively.
- Passionate about developing a career in the luxury fashion industry.
