- Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and exceptional client service.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, promoting brand vision to foster consumer loyalty.
- Achieve monthly sales targets proactively.
- Independently manage client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
- Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and anticipate future needs.
- Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to align with global visual guidelines.
- Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
- Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlement.
- Manage stock receiving and packing in assigned categories.
- Conduct inventory scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
- Replenish display merchandise as needed.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion.
- Customer service orientation and sales-driven mindset.
- Strong decision-making abilities and independence.
- Inquisitive mindset with excellent engagement skills.
- Passion for career growth within the luxury fashion industry.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a similar capacity within the retail or service industry, with a preference for experience in luxury fashion.
