- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by maintaining high customer service standards.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up with clients.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
