- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals to enhance business development.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and Gucci's heritage.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining organized stock rooms.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- 1-2 years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
