- Utilize company CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data, fostering relationship building and personalizing future customer development opportunities.
- Ensure the optimal presentation and organization of the sales floor.
- Experience in high-end retail, with a preference for fashion or luxury sectors.
- Strong enthusiasm for interacting with clients and colleagues.

- Demonstrated sales orientation with the ability to successfully close sales.
- Enjoyment in working within an international and familial team environment.
- Strong understanding of the luxury segment and its associated products.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
