1. Provide high-level, dedicated consultation and optimal customer care, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
2. Offer insights and advice on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
3. Cultivate a loyal customer base and maintain service-oriented customer relationships.
4. Capture significant customer data using company tools (CRM) to engage with clients, build relationships, and personalize future customer development opportunities.
5. Ensure the optimal presentation of the sales floor.

1. Experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion/luxury is advantageous.
2. Strong customer and service orientation.
3. Excellent sales orientation with the ability to successfully close sales.
4. Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Affinity for a digital environment.

2. Strong understanding of the luxury segment and related products.
3. Ability to work effectively in an international and familial team environment.

Prior experience in high-end retail, particularly in fashion or luxury, is preferred.
