- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with in-depth product knowledge and adherence to Gucci's selling ceremony.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, demonstrating a passion for fashion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Maintain store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold Gucci's visual display standards and maintain organized stock rooms.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
