- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
