1. Advise clients throughout their buying journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
2. Present the collection in alignment with brand standards, showcasing product characteristics and trends.
3. Act as the brand ambassador, embodying company values and enhancing the brand's image.
4. Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
5. Support store management in various sales channels including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.

1. Proven experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.

1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar client advisory role.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
