- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Ibiza Marina location.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage.
- Assist clients in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through effective communication and follow-up.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising is in line with Gucci's standards.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion and trends.
A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
