- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and trends.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using retail software and technology.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in fashion or a related field is a plus.
