1. Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences to clients.
2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Gucci products and collections.
3. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
5. Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold brand standards.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and trends.
3. Fluency in English and Spanish.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
3. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in using retail software and technology.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.

High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in fashion or a related field is a plus.
