1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals monthly and seasonally.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality customer service and sales.
4. Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client experiences.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Uphold security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers and merchandise.
9. Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
10. Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

1. Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends.
2. 1+ years of service-related work experience.
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Proficiency with technology.
5. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
6. Additional languages are a plus.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
