- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals monthly and seasonally.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with a deep knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality customer service and sales.
- Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build and personalize client relationships.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.

- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
