1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals monthly and seasonally.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with a deep knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality customer service and sales.
4. Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build and personalize client relationships.
5. Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
6. Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments with passion.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Uphold store security standards to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
10. Keep understock and stock room neat and organized.
11. Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

1. Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends.
2. 1+ years of service-related work experience.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with multitasking ability.
4. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
5. Proficient with technology.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
