1. Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets monthly and seasonally, contributing to business growth.

8. Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Support visual merchandising by maintaining product displays in line with Gucci standards.

11. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

1. Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
2. 1+ years of service-related work experience.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with multitasking ability.
4. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
