- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets monthly and seasonally, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to Gucci's selling ceremony.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data through CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up on sales and requests.
- Provide fashion and luxury market insights to clients, demonstrating passion for the industry.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional client experience and a positive work environment.
- Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Support visual merchandising by maintaining product displays in line with Gucci standards.
- Keep stock rooms organized and adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Technological proficiency.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
