1. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
3. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service.
4. Capture meaningful customer data for client relationship building and future development opportunities.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide appropriate follow-up on sales or client requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
7. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience.
8. Maintain security standards within the store.
9. Contribute to upholding the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
10. Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and guidelines.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong organization and follow-up skills.
6. Accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
8. Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
9. High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
10. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
