- Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring a seamless and personalized client journey both in-store and remotely.
- Deliver exceptional client-centric experiences to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Utilize in-store technology to enhance client experiences and gather meaningful client information for personalized service.
- Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities through effective selling techniques.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transactions to ensure a positive client experience.
- Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance and visual merchandising, adhering to Gucci's standards and policies.
- Minimum of 2 years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude.
- Ability to adapt to diverse clients and complex situations.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance client experiences.
A minimum of two years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
The base salary range for this position in Hawaii is estimated to be $15.00 USD to $17.00 USD per hour.
