1. Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring a seamless and personalized client journey both in-store and remotely.
2. Deliver exceptional client-centric experiences to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
3. Utilize in-store technology to enhance client experiences and gather meaningful client information for personalized service.
4. Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities through effective selling techniques.
5. Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
6. Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transactions to ensure a positive client experience.
7. Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance and visual merchandising, adhering to Gucci's standards and policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
2. Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
3. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury brands.

A minimum of two years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.

The base salary range for this position in Hawaii is estimated to be $15.00 USD to $17.00 USD per hour.
