- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets, enhancing business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations while demonstrating extensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Provide fashion and luxury market insights to clients, showcasing passion for the industry.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure store security standards are upheld for the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Maintain organized understock and stock room areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales targets and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with multitasking ability.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on luxury service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service environment is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Base salary range of $15.00 USD to $17.00 USD per hour, with potential participation in an incentive program based on performance.
