- Drive sales by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities, utilizing effective selling techniques and cross-selling strategies.
- Leverage in-store technology to enhance the client experience, ensuring it is smooth and relevant.
- Collect and analyze client information to tailor services and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions, ensuring a positive client experience across all touchpoints.
- Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance and visual merchandising, adhering to Gucci's standards and policies.
- 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and client-centric attitude.
- Ability to adapt to diverse clients and complex situations.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance client experiences.
A minimum of two years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service environment is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $15.00 USD to $17.00 USD per hour.
