1. Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and excellent client service.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador to instill consumer brand loyalty by embodying the brand vision.
3. Proactively achieve monthly sales objectives.
4. Independently follow up on client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
5. Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and anticipate future client needs.
6. Engage in proactive learning about best sellers, new arrivals, and product knowledge.
7. Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
8. Work with the Visual Merchandising team to align with worldwide visual guidelines.
9. Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
10. Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements.
11. Manage stock receiving and packing in assigned categories.
12. Conduct inventory category scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
13. Replenish display merchandise as needed.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion.
2. Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition.
3. Customer service-oriented and sales-driven.
4. Possess an inquisitive mindset with strong engagement abilities.
5. Independent with strong decision-making skills.
6. Passionate about pursuing a career in the luxury fashion industry.
