- Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and excellent client service.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador to instill consumer brand loyalty by embodying the brand vision.
- Proactively achieve monthly sales objectives.
- Independently follow up on client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
- Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and anticipate future client needs.
- Engage in proactive learning about best sellers, new arrivals, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to align with worldwide visual guidelines.
- Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
- Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements.
- Manage stock receiving and packing in assigned categories.
- Conduct inventory category scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
- Replenish display merchandise as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition.
- Customer service-oriented and sales-driven.
- Possess an inquisitive mindset with strong engagement abilities.
- Independent with strong decision-making skills.
- Passionate about pursuing a career in the luxury fashion industry.
