- Use effective selling techniques to drive sales and maintain a client-centric attitude.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create selling opportunities.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for transactions critical to a positive client experience.
- Guide clients to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Foster open communication with team members and propose effective solutions.
- Engage clients with storytelling, expert product knowledge, and styling advice.
- Attend training sessions to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation to provide optimal solutions.
- Participate in store operations such as stock maintenance and inventory management.
- Adhere to policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- Process POS transactions accurately and ensure accurate client information capture.
- Uphold the visual display of products following Gucci standards.
- Follow company grooming standards at all times.
- Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in line with corporate policies.
- Manage general store administration and functionality.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and trends.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using retail technology and systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar client advisory role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
