15. Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice.
16. Attend trainings to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques.
17. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors to offer the best solutions to clients.
18. Participate in store operations such as stock maintenance and inventories.
19. Adhere to policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
20. Process all POS transactions accurately and ensure accurate capture of client information.
21. Contribute to upholding the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
22. Ensure optimal levels of products on the sales floor in line with corporate policies.
23. Manage general store administration and functionality.

1. Must be able to communicate effectively in Vietnamese.
2. Must be legally eligible to work in Vietnam.
3. 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record.
4. Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
5. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.

2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
