1. Cultivate and expand the clientele base through active engagement and superior client service.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's vision to foster consumer loyalty.
3. Achieve monthly sales objectives proactively.
4. Independently manage client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
5. Deliver exceptional service standards, offering suggestions and anticipating future needs.
6. Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, and product knowledge across all categories.
7. Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
8. Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
9. Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
10. Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements.
11. Manage stock receiving and packing in assigned categories.
12. Perform inventory scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
13. Replenish display merchandise as needed.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and brand dynamics.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is required.

A degree in fashion, business, or a related field is preferred.
