1. Previous experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion or luxury sectors is advantageous.
2. Strong enthusiasm for interacting with clients and colleagues.
3. Excellent customer and service orientation.
4. Demonstrated sales orientation with the ability to successfully close sales conversations.
5. Enjoyment working in an international and familial team environment.
6. Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and associated products.
7. Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
