1. Provide high-level, dedicated consultation and optimal customer care to clients, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
2. Offer insights and advice on general fashion trends and developments within the luxury market.
3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with loyal clients, focusing on service-oriented engagement.
4. Utilize company tools such as CRM to capture meaningful customer data, fostering relationship building and personalized future client development opportunities.
5. Ensure the optimal presentation of the sales floor, maintaining brand standards.

1. Previous experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion or luxury sectors is advantageous.
2. Strong enthusiasm for interacting with clients and colleagues.
3. Excellent customer and service orientation.
4. Demonstrated sales orientation with the ability to successfully close sales conversations.
5. Enjoyment working in an international and familial team environment.
6. Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and associated products.
7. Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
