1. Experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion/luxury is advantageous.
2. Strong enthusiasm for engaging with customers and colleagues.
3. Exceptional customer and service orientation.
4. Proven sales acumen with the ability to successfully close sales conversations.
5. Enjoyment of working in an international and familial team environment.
6. Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its products.
7. Fluent in German with good English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
