- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by showcasing Gucci's history, heritage, and superior product knowledge.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling activities, and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to clients, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.

- Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
