- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales.
- Engage with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to maintain and expand the customer base.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
