1. Represent the Gucci brand to clients, embodying company values and standards.
2. Guide clients through the buying journey, from product discovery to purchase and post-purchase services.
3. Present collections and advise on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
4. Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
5. Support store management in various sales channels including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and trends.
3. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
3. Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets.
4. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or similar customer-focused role is required.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
