1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.

2. Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

Minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or a similar customer service role.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
