- Guide clients through the buying journey, from product discovery to purchase completion.
- Present collections in alignment with brand standards.
- Provide expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and current trends.
- Manage returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and clienteling.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
Minimum of 2 years in a retail or sales role, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field preferred.
