1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
3. Ability to embody and convey the brand's values and standards.

1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
3. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable customer service role is required.

A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
