1. Engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience.
2. Drive sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
3. Utilize in-depth product knowledge and storytelling to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
4. Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and visual merchandising, adhering to Gucci's standards.
5. Ensure accurate processing of transactions and capture of client information.
6. Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
7. Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions, ensuring a seamless client experience.

1. 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
2. Ability to exceed individual and store sales targets.
3. High degree of professionalism and integrity.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations.

4. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of two years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $18.00/hour - $19.50/hour.
