1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality customer service and sales.
4. Capture and utilize customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up with clients.
6. Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
8. Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
10. Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
3. Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
7. Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to different customers.
8. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The base salary range is $18.00/hour to $19.50/hour, subject to geographic differentials and other factors.
