3. Facilitate cross and up-selling across all product categories.
4. Engage with clients to discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
5. Cultivate and enhance customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
6. Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain and identify high-potential clients.
7. Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
8. Promote open communication within the team and propose effective solutions.
9. Manage visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci standards.
10. Ensure store maintenance and product availability on the sales floor, following corporate policies.
11. Oversee product replenishment and inventory management.
