- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
- Drive and surpass individual KPI goals, ensuring top-tier customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.

- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Support daily store operations by keeping stock rooms neat and organized.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies and procedures.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual and store sales results.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer service setting is required.
