- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with in-depth product knowledge and adherence to the Gucci selling ceremony.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales and requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Keep stock room and understock organized and neat.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends.
- 1+ years of prior service-related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency with technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Service mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative spirit.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
1+ years of prior service-related work experience is required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
